The staff for the most part was friendly, the breakfast was good with many hot and cold options, the breakfast hours were awesome, the facility was clean as well as our room, swimming pool and pet friendly!

The very best part of booking here was the crib that was provided for our baby. We were traveling out of state with a two week old baby and the hotel having a crib made our entire trip easier. Thank you for being family friendly! Also thank you for the kitchen staff who were so nice to us when our toddler spilled his juice and half his plate of food. Thank you for not making us feel bad. The staff here was wonderful!!!

The property had great location! The staff was fantastic (the younger lady glasses and long strawberry blonde hair- missed her name Saturday night) was fantastic with restaurant recommendations! (Highly recommend the Driftwood!!!) The rooms were clean and very upscale! Prior to checking in we had requested 1st floor bc my 85 yr old Mom was with and Laura called me while in route to see if we needed a hearing impaired room and proceeded to accommodate with 1st floor. The pool was warm and clean! The Bradley was incredible! Excellent condition and accommodations!

Ok - this is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at during my cross-country road trip. It's right off the I-80 (so convenient!), parking is free, they allow pets for a low $30 fee (I was traveling with my 2 dogs; they still only charged me $30 total), the rooms are enormous, and the free morning breakfast is to die for! The breakfast selection was seriously top notch - fried eggs, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, waffles, bagels, yogurt, all of the sauces and syrups and spices you could wish for. I met the woman who handles breakfast - I could tell she takes a lot of pride in her job. Shower stalls are also huge - everything looked new. The hallways had a lovely clean smell. And LOTS of green grass outside for my pups. A++.

I was SO surprised how excellent this facility was. In fact, we stayed there on Wednesday on our way to a Colorado vacation and the hotel we stayed at in Colorado was incredibly dumpy compared to this Best Western. We even mentioned we got spoiled that first night and were bound to be disappointed with the other hotel after. In fact, on our return home to Omaha we decided to just stay in Ogallala one more night because we knew how amazing this hotel was. The staff was incredibly friendly and the entire property was so clean. The breakfast was top notch (eggs, sausage, pancake machine and waffle maker.

Super clean, really modern and maybe recently renovated? Everything was spotless! Was concerned a bit with the location and style of other hotels in the area but this was a cut above the rest for sure! Breakfast was really extensive with lots of different options.

Super impressed with the state of the art hotel, modern, convenient location, great swimming pool, clean, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast ( those potatoes were amazing). The slightly higher price was worth it for all the amenities. Even our 8 year old grandson commented on how beautiful the room was.

This is one of the cleanest and most well maintained properties in this location. Pool, fantastic breakfast offerings, and great front desk staff!
